Job Description: 
Roles & responsibilities:
Gulf Education's IT manager will be in charge of managing the company's IT systems, infrastructure, and technological projects, all of which are specially designed to address the particular needs and problems. The role involves collaborating with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, security, and the user experience. The IT manager will be essential in making sure that technology is seamlessly integrated to support Gulf Education's overarching aims and objectives. 
Position Requirement: 
Education and Work Experience: 
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and security best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in an IT management or related function in a corporate setting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. 
• It is preferable to have relevant certifications (such as PMP, CISSP, and ITIL). 
• Infrastructure Management: Keep an eye on and manage the IT infrastructure of the company, emphasizing system adaptation to meet demands. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems to align with specific needs. 
• Systems administration: manage and uphold environment-specific, business-critical systems and applications. To guarantee data availability and integrity within the framework of operations, implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery plans. 
• Technology Strategy: 
Work with the leadership team to create and implement an IT strategy that is uniquely suited to the educational environment in the Gulf. Analyze new technologies in the Gulf and offer suggestions for advancement or adoption. 
• Security and Compliance: 
Adhere to Gulf Education's data protection regulations while putting security policies and procedures into practice. Verify adherence to pertinent laws and industry norms. 
• Team leadership: 
Oversee and guide a group of IT specialists, offering direction and encouragement for their career advancement. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on delivering high-quality IT service initiatives. 
• Vendor Management: 
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service is adapted to needs. Contracts and agreements should be negotiated to maximize value for the company. 
• Training and Support for Users: 
Oversee the IT help desk, fix technological problems and give Gulf Education end users prompt service. Create and execute training initiatives to improve employees' IT proficiency. 
Pay Range: Based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, Gulf Education will offer an IT manager compensation range that is both competitive and appropriate.
